Turn Around Time
Basic Graphic Design Turnaround takes 3-6 business days on average. Rush Services turnaround takes an average of 1-3 business days on average. Please note that the billing charges won't be reversed. Standard turn-around times can vary up to 2-4 weeks. Print Buys is not responsible for any missed customer deadline.
Refund Policy
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. .No Refunds or Credit. Customer must proof design prior to design approval. Once Customer has approved their design/proof, Customer is responsible for all approved artwork, regardless if mistakes were made by Print Buys.
Graphic design is NOT REFUNDABLE. Any discounts received for Graphic Design will become void if Customer cancels print purchase for any reason.
